Reservations policy/Booking
The booking will be valid: a 50% deposit of the total room cost is required to secure your reservation. This ammount of the payments must be recieved no less than 10 days prior to your arrival date to the following bank account:
We can only secure your reservation after your deposit arriwed to our bank account. As long as you booking without deposit in this case we reserve the right that if we have full house we will pass the room away to the guest(s) who is willing to pay by cash card immediatelly.

CANCELLATION POLICY – RESIGNATION OF THE CONFIRMED RESERVATION WITH DEPOSIT
We are unable to refund your reservation if your plans change. In case you cancel your booking 14 days before your arriving date via e-mail the whole ammount of your deposit can be used within 3 months if you want to book for the same value in our hotel. The value of your booking will be credited to our account (on your booking name) for your future booking with our hotel. You won’t lose your deposit you already paid! Please warn us before your next booking if you want use this value of the deposit. In case you cancel your booking 14 days prior your arriving date the deposit can only be paid by the permission of the hotel manager as described above. In other cases our hotel (Csikó - Center '97 Kft.) will keep the deposit.
